1. Referral Program

1.1. Overview

Atlantis Funding offers a Referral Program to reward existing investors who invite new participants. By introducing others to our non-traditional real estate lending model, you help expand our capital pool and, in return, earn a commission on each successful referral.

1.2. Eligibility Criteria

1. Referrer:

• Must be an existing Atlantis Funding investor with an active account in good standing.

• Must have completed all relevant KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) checks.

2. Referred Investor:

• Must be new to Atlantis Funding and must not have previously registered or invested.

• Must meet any accreditation requirements under U.S. securities laws if applicable (e.g., Regulation D).

• Must satisfy our minimum investment threshold of USD 100,000.

1.3. Commission Structure

• Commission Rate: 1% of the Referred Investor’s initial investment amount.

• Example: If a Referred Investor places USD 200,000, the Referrer earns USD 2,000.

• Cap or Limit: Currently, there is no maximum limit on the number of successful referrals or total referral commissions you may earn, provided all eligibility requirements are met.

1.4. Referral Process

1. Unique Referral Link:

• Upon logging in to your investor dashboard, you will find a personal referral link or code.

2. Sharing:

• You may share this link/code with friends, family, or business contacts who meet our investor eligibility.

3. Onboarding and Investment:

• The new investor completes the registration, KYC/AML procedures, and invests at least USD 100,000.

4. Commission Payout:

• After a vesting period (typically 30–60 days) to confirm the Referred Investor’s participation, your 1% commission is credited.

• You may withdraw the commission to your linked bank account or reinvest it in any Atlantis Funding product.

1.5. Restrictions and Fraud Prevention

• One Referrer per Investor:

Only one referral link may be used per new investor. The program does not allow multiple referrers to claim the same account.

• Prohibited Conduct:

• No spam or misleading promotional tactics.

• No misrepresentation of Atlantis Funding’s offerings or performance.

• No creation of fraudulent or “dummy” accounts.

• Right to Withhold Commission:

If we detect suspicious, unethical, or illegal activity, Atlantis Funding reserves the right to withhold or cancel any referral commission.

1.6. Changes to the Referral Program

• Atlantis Funding may modify or discontinue this program at its discretion.

• Any changes will be announced in the investor dashboard or via email, and will apply to future referrals only.

1.7. Disclaimer

• Participation in the Referral Program does not imply any guarantee of returns on your or the Referred Investor’s capital.

• All participants must adhere to relevant securities regulations, including limitations on advertising or solicitation when operating under private placements (e.g., Regulation D, Rule 506(b) or 506(c)).
